AViVA Releases Her Latest Hit 'UNBREAKABLE'
Starting 2021 on a strong note by smashing 3 billion streams globally, AViVA isn't wasting any time with releasing new music this year. Here is what AViVA has said about "UNBREAKABLE". "To me 'UNBREAKABLE' is a song about bouncing back despite adversity. The lyric "why did I trust you" really conveys that desperation that you can feel when somebody you thought was on your side turns against you. Sometimes even though you can forgive someone for what they've done you can't necessarily forget it and it's okay to remember that. But despite all that dwelling on things that have gone wrong doesn't help you move forward and 'UNBREAKABLE' is about moving forward reminding yourself that you can't be beaten down and broken down by other people".
As always 2021 looks like it's going to be a massive year for AViVA so "UNBREAKABLE" is just another piece of her ever growing multi-verse, with her debut novel SELF/LESS coming out the second half of the year. Wahnsinn Industries new single inspired by universe of Mad Max
DEFOX RECORDS and INVINCIBLE RECORDS proudly announce a new production, a high energy single by futurist rockers WAHNSINN titled "Fuoco ... Cammina con me". Finnish doom rock/metal band OBLIVION BEACH new video
OBLIVION BEACH to release new single “Elektrik Forest”
Finnish doom rock/metal band OBLIVION BEACH was built on the frozen ashes of the metal act VUOLLA in 2018. The band stands as a four-piece unit that calls upon the forces of heavy riffs and sirens of melancholy. The first single ”The Dive” was recorded, mixed and mastered by Tom Brooke at Tonehaven Recording Studio in June 2018. The track was released as a digital single on 03.08.2018 via Schwarzdorn Production and describes a strange journey upon a sea of visions with messengers from another time and place. ”The Dive” was about taking the first steps towards the unknown, letting go of safe spaces and familiar corners of life and setting sail towards a place where you don’t have to belong to anything. Rotting Out releasing their new single
ROTTING OUT RELEASE NEW SINGLE "STONES"
NEW ALBUM "RONIN" DUE OUT APRIL 10th VIA PURE NOISE RECORDS
American hardcore punk band, Rotting Out, are releasing their new single “Stones” today. The single comes off of the band’s forthcoming full-length album, "Ronin", which will be released on April 10, 2020 via Pure Noise Records. “Stones” follows the release of their singles, “Reaper” and “Unforgiven”.
“‘Stones’ is a very aggressive and angry song. I started going to shows at a very young age, and in the place where I’m from there’s a very ghetto and violent atmosphere. In the projects of Los Angeles, there’s a lot of gang activity, drug use, prostitution, violence, domestic abuse, and child abuse. This is what I was surrounded with. When I got into hardcore, it was cool because it didn’t involve all of that or glorify it” shares lead vocalist Walter Delgado.
“Then, there was a point where I started to notice that certain bands or certain people in the hardcore scene adopted the style of being from the ghetto. They started glorifying the grim and the dirt - just negative things that shouldn’t be glorified to begin with from ghettos when these people were not from there. […] This isn’t pretty and it’s not meant to be put on a pedestal. It’s just a matter of the situation, and people are born into this situation unwillingly. It’s a big fuck you to everyone who tried to adopt this ‘cool swag ghetto child’ vibe when they themselves are from suburbia”.
On the forthcoming album, Delgado continues: "It’s been 7 years since our last LP. A lot has happened since: hard lessons, periods of isolation, weight of guilt, diagnosis, crippling realization, absolute hopelessness and also absolute peace and calmness. The purpose for the image of the record is that there was a lot that was left unspoken and I danced around the darker moments and some were just buried completely. I decided to reopen things that haven’t been open in almost 25 years and look it straight in the face. That old dusty mirror that shows me more than I’d like to see or remember. I’ve never been more proud of writing this record and nothing was left behind on my end. Some of these took more out of me than I’d like to admit. Nonetheless, I knew it was time to put it all out there”.
Raised on the sounds of local LA heroes Suicidal Tendencies and Pennywise, yet fully indebted to the thriving Southern California hardcore scene, Rotting Out have continually created some of the most energetic and captivating punk/hardcore being played today. Their music expresses a certain LA grit that is so rarely captured by many hardcore bands.
After disbanding from their original band, Dogpile, the band formed in 2007. Since then, they have released two full-length records and two EPs. With vocalist Walter Delgado’s arrest in Ohio and 18-month sentence for transporting an estimated 700 pounds of marijuana, the band was forced to take a break. After a three-year hiatus, the band reemerged into the scene at the iconic Sound and Fury Festival and This is Hardcore Fest in 2018. Now, in 2020, the band is back and ready to reclaim their place in the industry.

Exlibris share new video, detail release plans
Polish/Finnish power/prog metal outfit Exlibris released their third song from the upcoming album “Shadowrise”.
“All I Never Knew... is again one of those songs on the album that's something different than what I've recorded before with Exlibris. The mood in the verses is similiar to Rule #1 (in my opinion at least) and then there's this killer chorus. You simply can't hate it.” - says lead singer Riku Turunen, who also made the lyric video for the song.
“The idea of the video kind of just came out from nowhere. I had already done three or four videos for the album and wanted to do something different than just basic motion graphics. I looked at my camera and tripod and some paper on the kitchen table and figured out to "draw" the video by hand. I was almost happy with it until I had another idea to put the first filmed part inside another one, because.. well.. two videos is more than one. And as you all know, more is more.” - he adds.
The band revealed that they had prepared a video for each of the six songs on the album and will be releasing them one by one every two weeks. The release of sixth and final song on April 17th will coincide with the physical release on CD.

Shot Live Across Two Sold Out London Shows Handheld Footage Recorded By 19 Fans
Following the end of the band’s recent world tour, a run that had them on the road for 9 months, PUP today share the video for "Morbid Stuff", recorded live and shot on cheap handheld cameras handed out to 19 gig-goers the band personally connected with in advance of their recent sold out London dates. As premiered yesterday on the fans’ social media accounts, the clip showcases the sweat-stained euphoria of the band’s shows and once again captures the unique bond between PUP and the people that come to their gigs, screaming every word.
Taken from the critically-acclaimed album of the same name, today’s release isn’t the first time they’ve collaborated on visuals with fans, for the ‘Free At Last’ video, which served as a love letter to their fans, the band called on people to record their own versions of a song not-yet-released, supplying only chords and lyrics to hilarious and impressive results.
Redefining the relationship between artist and fans, they’ve often let fans feel as much a part of PUP as the four people onstage, creating zines that connect on a more intimate level than social media, used in the past to leak information of upcoming releases like the single "Kids" through fans all pushed via their fan-facing Little Dipper label imprint.
With the news that PUP will return to this side of the Atlantic next year for a summer of festival appearances, it was recently announced that the band, following 9 months touring, had offset the entire run through Less.ca. To raise the funds necessary, vocalist Stefan Babcock set to create 50 personalized one-of-a-kind tattoos for specific fans, all of which he’d connected with directly, again blurring the line between the band and its fans.

About "Morbid Stuff":
Formed in Toronto five years ago, PUP, comprised of Stefan Babcock, Nestor Chumak, Zack Mykula, and Steve Sladkowski, quickly became favourites of the punk scene with their first two, critically-beloved albums, winning accolades everywhere from the New York Times to Pitchfork, from NPR and Rolling Stone, and more. Now, with "Morbid Stuff", PUP have grown up and doubled down on everything that made you love their first two records. It’s gang’s-all-here vocals, guitarmonies, and lyrics about death. Lots of them.
Fitting to their ethos, their new album takes the dichotomy of fun and emotional wreckage in their songs and teeters between gleeful chaos and bleak oblivion while wielding some of the best choruses the band has ever written. "Morbid Stuff" is also a pretty intense foray into singer Stefan Babcock’s fight with depression, and shows, in perfect PUP fashion, how taking responsibility of his own depression lead him to….laughter. Admitting his depression allowed Babcock to laugh in its face, and the result is that marriage of darkness and joy that made PUP who they are, but in a brand new way.
Indeed, despite its dark subject matter, at times "Morbid Stuff" is funny as hell, even in the music. It’s the most insightful, sweetest, funniest, sickest, angriest, saddest and most inescapably desperate collection of songs they’ve recorded to date. If their self-titled record was the fuse and The Dream Is Over was the bomb going off, "Morbid Stuff" is your family sifting through the rubble, only to find you giggling while you bleed to death.

Spanish Love Songs Release Video For "Beachfront Property"
New Album "Brave Faces Everyone" Out February 7th
Five-piece punk band Spanish Love Songs are sharing their new single and music video “Beachfront Property".
“Beachfront Property” is the band’s final single off of their forthcoming album, "Brave Faces Everyone", which will be released tomorrow, February 7, 2020 via Pure Noise Records.
Lead vocalist and songwriter, Dylan Slocum shares: "This is a song about the apathy and anxiety that I see in myself and my friends, especially concerning the chaos that seems to be coming our way. On any given day our anxiety feels hyperbolic, or is the punchline to a joke, or keeps us up all night, but we don’t really do anything about it because it feels insurmountable and inescapable. It’s not meant to preachy - life is difficult. But we have to try to call ourselves on our shit if we ever hope to change anything".
On a more literal level, the track focuses on relevant topics such as climate change, student loan debt, and gun violence – some of the album’s recurring themes - because Slocum obsesses over these problems. He says: "The answers seem so obvious, yet nothing ever really changes. It’s tiring”.
Slocum continues to share about the record: "This album is us honing in on what we think makes our band resonate with people - namely, the feeling that you’re not alone. These are songs about looking outward and finding that, for all our differences, most of us are just trying to get by as the world is going to hell around us. We don’t have any grand ambitions beyond that — we just want people to feel acknowledged. There’s comfort in knowing we’re on the same sinking ship. We want the album to be a knowing nod and a way to make the world a slightly more bearable, even if it’s just for 40 minutes".
The ten-track album, produced by guitarist Kyle McAulay at Howard Benson’s West Valley Recording, is steeped in the same detail-rich storytelling of Bruce Springsteen, The Menzingers and Manchester Orchestra. These songs represent the situations Slocum, McAulay, and their bandmates bassist Trevor Dietrich, drummer Ruben Duarte and keyboardist Meredith Van Woert experienced during 30-some weeks of rigorous touring during the album cycle of their previous record, Schmaltz.

Over the past six years, Spanish Love Songs have released two albums and an EP. With "Brave Faces Everyone", the songs are character stories set in small-town America and anxious urban jungles alike, unfurling heartbreaking tales of addiction, depression, debt and death juxtaposed alongside looming societal bogeys like mass shootings, the opioid epidemic and climate change. They’re all at once personal vignettes and universal truths of life in the 2010s, the lines blurred between Slocum’s own experiences and those of his friends and acquaintances. It seeks to find balance between realism and optimism.
“If you sing something loud enough and long enough” Slocum muses “hopefully people are able to find some peace in that”. "Brave Faces Everyone" experiments with more traditional song structures and fewer forwardly caustic moments this time around haven’t dulled the band’s sound. If anything, they’ve accentuated the most important parts of it. When everything is loud and urgent, nothing is. But when Slocum’s voice swells to a roar on this new record, the undeniable power grabs you by the collar and forces you to pay attention - and that’s the difference between simply being heard and truly being understood.

Devilskin’s new song ‘ENDO’, is a powerfully crafted and visceral masterpiece. Not only does it showcase vocalist Jennie Skulander’s incredible power, range and emotional depth but the lyrics are an honest and brutal narrative of her personal struggle with stage 4 endometriosis.
A poignant glimpse into the pain and distress that millions of women live with on a daily basis all over the world, the song ENDO is Jennie's cathartic exorcism of her own personal demons. “Endo is based on my surgery for Stage 4 Endometriosis, something I was unaware I had. The lyric "Break the mass up" is about having an 11 cm cyst (Endometrioma) on my ovary removed. This disease affects so many women worldwide, I really think it’s time we talked openly about it.”

The band explore dynamic new territory with this moody, rollercoaster of a song. Recorded at Roundhead Studios with producer Greg Haver (Bullet For My Valentine, Manic Street Preachers), engineered by Simon Gooding (Alien Weaponry, Neil Finn) and mixed in Los Angeles by Ben Grosse (Marilyn Manson, Disturbed, Stone Temple Pilots), the song was mastered in New York by Ryan Smith.
Devilskin display confidence and a mastery of their art with a delivery that’s both beautiful and bombastic. The gorgeous close vocal intro gives way to a crushing, all-powerful riff and the song twists, turns and totally engulfs the listener, just like the condition itself. “We've been writing a lot and really digging deep into the songs and the emotions involved. We have definitely evolved again as songwriters. We love to write our own rules, push boundaries and kick down barriers. You need to in order to grow” says band spokesman Paul Martin.

The most important thing is to recognise the symptoms early and follow a recommended treatment plan to avoid symptoms interfering with schooling, career, relationships, quality of life or fertility downstream.”
Director Shae Sterling has filmed a stunning and visually arresting video, which was creatively written with the band. “The subject matter demands attention, and we are confident this video does it real justice” says Paul Martin “It's not for the faint hearted.”

Devilskin will join HALESTORM for an 18 date tour starting in the Netherlands 1st October and take in 11 countries, finishing in Madrid, Spain 25th October before heading to the UK for a further ten shows.

FELSKINN was originally formed by Andy Portmann in 2005. The self titeled debut album was recorded with guest musicians and released in March 2006. The first Song on the Album „170105“ was later re-recorded by Kai Hansen and appeared as „Built A World“ on the 2014 Release „Empire Of The Undead“ by GAMMA RAY and reached the charts at #13 in Germany. The band played numerous shows and festivals. In April 2007 the 2nd album „Listen!“ was released, followed again by intensive touring. Due to the „famous“ musical differences the band disbanded in 2008.
Portmann started a live project with Mandy Meyer (UNISONIC, KROKUS, GOTTHARD), playing songs from their previous bands. In 2010 Portmann formed the FELSKINN follow up band DOWNLOAD and started working on the album „Eleven Stages“, released in April 2014. The live band included the current FELSKINN line up with a different drummer.
While working on the next album „Mind Over Matter“, Portmann decided to bring back the band name FELSKINN.

NOCTURNA A.D. announce new single titled - The Evil behind everything
DeFox Records and HEART of STEEL Records are proud to announce the return of the metallers NOCTURNA A.D. with a new single titled "The Evil behind everything" that will be available on the digital market from November 28th, 2017 in all the best webstores, iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, Deezer, Google Play Music, Tidal, Shazam...and many more.
The official video will be available exclusively on the 20th of November on the website www.musicafollia.com and on the blog of rock-italy.blogspot.it and in distribution in the international digital platform from November 28th.
"The evil behind everything" is the new single and video with which Nocturna A.D. anticipates the publication of a new release consisting of 4 tracks planned for next autumn, which will see important changes at the musical level compared to previous works, both thanks at the entrance to the line-up of the new singer, both in terms of composition and structure.
The new EP includes the artistic influences of the individual bands mate. Contrary to previous record releases, the EP will contain different pieces, ranging from classical BlackMetal, to Industrial contamination of early works, rather than to markedly electronic intermedias.
The EP was produced, mixed and mastered at the Rock Lab Studio by Andreas Polito.
The release date of the EP is currently still to be defined.

EASTERN HIGH have released their debut album
Swedish progressive metal band, EASTERN HIGH, have released their debut album 'Garden of Heathens'. The album was produced, recorded and mixed by Erik "Wissard" Wiss (Creye, Cruzh, Eleine, Grand Slam) at Wisseloord Studios and mastered by Thomas Plec Johansson (Soilwork, Onslaught, Armageddon, Degradead, Dynazty) at The Panic Room.

The Swedish metal band Eastern High was fromed in early 2016 by Ola Svensson and Johan Svensson, two brothers who always finds it interesting and inspiring writing music together. Since 2010 Ola and Johan, was both members of the band Wasted Shells until the breakup in December 2015. After writing material throughout 2016 the recording session started in February 2017 and the debut album "Garden of Heathens" was released at the end of July the same year.
The Eastern High duo is currently working on putting a quintet together with a drummer, a bassist and a second guitarist, so in near future to become a touring live band.

Blaze Bayley interviewed in Los Angeles

In 1994, Iron Maiden gave the welcome to their new frontman, Blaze Bayley and with him, they released two albums: "The X Factor" and "Virtual XI".
He gained fame around the world, touring worldwide, playing in front of thousands of fans.
Now he runs his own band, which includes 3/4 members of Absolva, and he is in tour promoting his first two albums that belong to a Trilogy.
Bayley had a conversation with argentinean rock journalist, Lucas H. Gordon about the new album, the story behind the trilogy and remembered part of his time with the Maidens.
What is the future of Trinity? Did he intentionally coordinated in doing a trilogy at the same time of Geoff Tate and his Operation Mindcrime? What is the status of his band Wolfsbane?

GODS OF SILENCE new digital single and lyric video
Swiss meldic metal band, GODS OF SILENCE, have released a digital single and lyric video for the song 'Full Moon'. The track is taken from their debut album 'Neverland', due out on September 8, 2017 via ROAR! Rock Of Angles Records.
