DSF singer Galzi comments:

"The text on The Worship Of Ashes is a study of Gustaf Mahler's quote "Tradition ist nicht die Antbetung der Asche, sondern die Wietergabe des Feurers". A thought game of where would we end if we store nothing but old shit at the back of our minds instead of being ignited to a new. This is an anti-anthem for perverse fuckheads."

Guitarist Juhani Flick continues:

"On the musical side the song bows to a legendary finnish band Kingston Wall, being of course as DSF as ever."

Dead Shape Figure:

Galzi - Vocals

Ville Sahakangas - Drums

Neissu - Lead Bass

Seppo Nummela - Guitar

Juhani Flinck - Guitar

Devilskin brilliant new single released 9th Nov & video

DEVILSKIN RELEASE BRAVE NEW TRACK WITH AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xRph9EpviKM&feature=youtu.be

Devilskin’s new song ‘ENDO’, is a powerfully crafted and visceral masterpiece. Not only does it showcase vocalist Jennie Skulander’s incredible power, range and emotional depth but the lyrics are an honest and brutal narrative of her personal struggle with stage 4 endometriosis.

A poignant glimpse into the pain and distress that millions of women live with on a daily basis all over the world, the song ENDO is Jennie's cathartic exorcism of her own personal demons. “Endo is based on my surgery for Stage 4 Endometriosis, something I was unaware I had. The lyric "Break the mass up" is about having an 11 cm cyst (Endometrioma) on my ovary removed. This disease affects so many women worldwide, I really think it’s time we talked openly about it.”
Watch the Endo video below:

The band explore dynamic new territory with this moody, rollercoaster of a song. Recorded at Roundhead Studios with producer Greg Haver (Bullet For My Valentine, Manic Street Preachers), engineered by Simon Gooding (Alien Weaponry, Neil Finn) and mixed in Los Angeles by Ben Grosse (Marilyn Manson, Disturbed, Stone Temple Pilots), the song was mastered in New York by Ryan Smith.

Devilskin display confidence and a mastery of their art with a delivery that’s both beautiful and bombastic. The gorgeous close vocal intro gives way to a crushing, all-powerful riff and the song twists, turns and totally engulfs the listener, just like the condition itself. “We've been writing a lot and really digging deep into the songs and the emotions involved. We have definitely evolved again as songwriters. We love to write our own rules, push boundaries and kick down barriers. You need to in order to grow” says band spokesman Paul Martin.

“Deborah Bush CEO of ENZ, said that more than 120,000 girls and women have endometriosis in NZ and it can take 8+ years to get a diagnosis. The most important thing is to recognise the symptoms early and follow a recommended treatment plan to avoid symptoms interfering with schooling, career, relationships, quality of life or fertility downstream.”

Director Shae Sterling has filmed a stunning and visually arresting video, which was creatively written with the band. “The subject matter demands attention, and we are confident this video does it real justice” says Paul Martin “It's not for the faint hearted.”

Mexican Xipe Totec re-release debut album

DEFOX RECORDS and INVINCIBLE RECORDS are excited to annunce the re-release of debut album of cult mexican Death Metal band XIPE TOTEC.
The release contain seven re-recorded songs and will be distributed in more than 240 countries worldwide and over 120 digital webstores, including the biggest Itunes, Spotify, Deezer, Amazon, Google Music ...

Xipe Totec is a Mexican band formed in 1996. Their first album “Prehispanic Beg” was released through Toaj Records in 1998 and contains ten powerful tracks that vary in sound, but are highly rooted in the Death metal genre. Xipe Totec was primarily thought to act as a self-conscious being, which main goal would be to emphasize the roots of Mexican people. The daily life of Aztec people offered us a vast amount of information that we could transform into song lyrics: The violently conquered Aztec people; the loss of their ancient language; the ancient Mesoamerican history, their cosmological visions, religion and human sacrifices. All of which fits perfectly within the death metal genre. Xipe Totec is considered to be a pioneering band in what today is known as “pre-Hispanic metal”. After several live shows in Mexico, the band split up in 2001 due to internal problems.

After thirteen years of their debut, the band reunites again to record other albums, “Eztlacuani” (blood thirsty), released by Ablaze records, was a great success. The third album titled “In Moyocoyani”, the title makes allusion to the god Ometeolt, also known as Tezcatlipoca. The sound on this album has matured considerably. Once again, lyrics written in ancient Aztec language can be found here, as well as pre-Hispanic instrumentation in all songs.
The latest labum titled "Miquian" (The moment of death)launched in 2015 is available on digital market.

MARTIN MARTINEZ: Guitars, Bass, Drums, Flauta Aztecas, Tambores Aztecas, Palo De Lluvia,
ALEJANDRO CAMACHO: Vocals

Track list:

01 Tzompantli
02 In Ye Nechca
03 On The Name Of the God

Claytone Calymore announce third album

DeFox Records and BUBBLE BLOOD RECORDS are excited to announce the new album of Industrial Metal project from Denmark called CLAYTONE CLAYMORE
The third album titled "Down the belly of the beast" will be available on digital market on March 20th, 2017 on every worldwide webstores, iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, Deezer, Google Play Music, Tidal, Shazam...

Claytone Claymore is the experimental creative outlet of one man. It`s a one-man-band. One multi-instrumentalist programming drums, playing bass, guitar, keyboard and singing. Categorizing Claytone Claymore is pretty tricky.
Trying people have come up with terms such as: industrial-metal-indie rock kind of psyche.
The simple truth is that every song decides for itself which direction it is going. As philosophical as it may sound.

Claytone Claymore is a relative young band, being two years old. But quite productive. The first album “Home-made prison” was released many years ago through danish distribution DIGIDI.
The album “Welcome to the circle” is released in 2015 by italian record label Nerocromo Music.
And now the third album is ready for all worldwide industrial metal maniacs!
